How-To: Perfect Brows
The tric to perfect brows is to use a stencil. First, you comb the hairs upwards. Than carefully put the stencil over your brow in the position you want - along the lines of your natural shape. Fill the stencil in with a brow powder, using a small brush. Remove the stencil. Attack hairs that are out of place with your tweezers.
