Summer Tarts
Summer tarts filled with fruit. If you're taking the easy road, just use puff pastry as a base. Top with a bit of clotted cream or whipped cream and decorate with lots (lots!) of fresh fruit. If you want to make your own pastry and pastry cream, follow this recipe.
