Early morning and little time but not in the mood for a simple sandwich? This is the breakfast for you!
For two glasses of smoothie (if you're alone, keep one in the freezer for the next day!) you need
- 2 bananas
- 500 grams of ice
- 80 ml of Greek yoghurt
- 120 grams of oatmeal
- 80 grams of almonds
To make this smoothie you only need to put all the ingredients in a blender (ice goes in last) and mix it for 30 seconds on the highest speed.
